Posts: 162 | What kind of Sovereign is that? I've never seen one with field grilles on the sides/bottoms of the warp nacelles like that.
It seems darker than usual, too.
The pic is great. Nice angle, good distance/angle on the starbase, and a pleasantly non-in-your-face starfield. My only concern is the planet, but I'm not going to dock points for that.

Posts: 577 | It looks like an SFC shot to me. Looks a little like a planet mod I was helping with some time back, and the Sovereign is the CG Sovereign. It was ported some time back to SFC. |

This is indeed SFC3 as Daihak said the planet model with the starbase's is the one he helped me with. the sovie is the War refit, based off the CG sov.
thanx alot guys for the votes and the comments, im trying to find time to upload more pics and ships but im normaly too tired after spending most of my day rewiring, decorating, replastering, or just gernaly rebuilding my house. |

Posts: 240 | OutaLance, well more to the point myself and a couple of other OutaLancer's have been putting together various mods that would bring the look of SFC3 environments to the level of this pic (planet textures have been improved i assure you) but unfortunately we dont have the HP'ers, Specers or people to write out new missions. That and with the death of the D3 servers i doubt they will ever get finished. i would like to atleast finish the 3 mods ive been making for the last 4 years. Just to see how they would be accepted into the SFC3 modding world. |
